Microarchitecture 微架构指在处理器中实现指令集的方式。

目前处于 sandy bridge 阶段, ivy bridge 也属于 sandy bridge，但有升级。sandy bridge 为 35nm 工艺,ivy bridge 为 22nm 的die shrink（指电路基本相同，但是由于制造工艺改进，晶粒缩小）.

ivy bridge 的 mobile version 12年下半年才会放出，主要是因为 sandy bridge 存货积压。

Sandy bridge 架构的处理器包含 GPU “Intel HD Graphics”，以前集成GPU 位于北桥芯片。现在北桥芯片被取消了。”As part of the Platform Controller Hub (PCH) design, the northbridge was eliminated, and graphics processing was moved to the central processing unit (CPU).”
