Mobile TV 手机电视

粗分为三种，broadcasting televison, cellular streaming, cellular broadcasting.

区分：unicast, multicast, broadcast.

如 DVB-H, T－DMB, S-DMB, CMMB 应该都属于第一类。其中 DVB-H 是从 DVB-T 发展而来的，后者是欧洲的数字电视标准。

中国的手机电视标准也很混乱，CDMB 是国家标准，CMMB 是广电力推的标准，并且发展比较早，占了先机。

cellular broadcasting 技术主要是 MBMS (multimedia broadcasting multicast service)，用于 3G 网络上多播或广播，这样就免除了重新建设广播网络的需要。
