compile libDAI in Windows

read the README.
download gnuwin32 make sed and diff
download CImg
copy a template Makefile.* to Makefile.conf
modify Makefile.conf carefully
you probably need windows SDK for windows.h

modify Makefile.ALL for setting debug, matlab, cimg

finally, make
